Unless otherwise stated, all items we sell are handmade, unique and individual. They are made using either pure 99.9% silver, sterling silver, 14ct gold filled wire (not plated) and glass or swarovski beads. All are one-off pieces which are eye-catching and original.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return your purchase we will happily refund in full less any credit card/paypal charges provided the following conditions are adhered to:
The item is returned within 14 days in its original condition
The item is returned by an insured, recorded postal method (but not by Carrier such as UPS or FEDEX)
All items should be returned via insured registered post to The Silver Jewellery Workshop, Apartado Correos 1039, 03130, Santa Pola, Alicante, Spain. Please keep proof of Postage because we cannot be held responsible for packages which are damaged or lost in transit.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, we will happily exchange it within 30 days, provided that you have notified us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All items should be returned via insured registered post to the address listed above. Complaints
We will acknowledge any complaint within 2 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you informed about progress. All complaints will be dealt with in strictest confidence. We have no current outstanding complaints. This statement will be removed during any period where there is an unresolved complaint extending beyond 7 days.
